Coffee, caramel and dark chocolate mini tarts.
I wanted to create a comfort food tart that warms you up on a chilly winter day. All this using a high quality coffee from @sxfcoffee . The coffee taste is subtle and balances with the dark chocolate. Tomorrow I will post the inside to show you the different elements of the cake and how I balanced them.
