Coffee infused caramel and dark chocolate bonbons.
My first bonbons ever! For the filling I decided to go with a dark chocolate ganache with @cacaobarryofficial Extra bitter guayaquil and a coffee salted caramel. Technically not perfect but still really happy with the result as they were delicious! Next time I will try to have a thinner layer of tempered chocolate.
