2nd try at bonbons with another filling. Disappointed as technically they are actually worst than the first try πThat bottom chocolate layer is waaay too thick! But Let me tell you one thing, when that creamy chocolate ganache melts in your mouth and that hazelnut crunches under your teeth, you donβt care about technique anymore π They were delicious!
