Strawberry, pistachio and maple syrup entremets.
Hello, here is the inside of the entremets and the different elements of it:
•Pistachio mousse
•Strawberry confit
•Maple syrup sponge cake
•White chocolate and lemon crunch
As usual I could not help but to add a spice somewhere, this time in the strawberry confit. Tomorrow I will post more about the balance of these different elements of this cake.
