Strawberry, pistachio and maple syrup entremets

I was never good at arts in general, but with pastry I feel like it is way easier for me to try different colors or decors and see what comes out, without being too hard on myself. This time I decided to go with red mirror glaze, and white chocolate decor painted with cocoa butter (in green here). It was my first time painting and using a brush with cocoa butter. I have to say I had quite a lot of fun doing it! Do you like this kind of decor? Next post I will reveal the inside!

  9. C’est magnifique! Si délicat! J’adorerais avoir un peu plus de temps pour cuisiner plus souvent de beaux gateaux 🤩 Bravo en tout cas!!
