Tropézienne: Basically a brioche and pastry cream sandwich. 😆The brioche has been made with orange blossom water and the pastry cream with vanilla. Yes it’s kind of heavy, but the moistness of the brioche and the creamyness of the inside is to die for. Plus , it’s winter we deserve it!
